As a user of the website, you accept that any aspect of the website including any transactions you make is subject to the terms and conditions outlined below. Solitaire Republic advise you to read these terms and conditions including the privacy statement below as use of the website will signify your acceptance of them.
Solitaire Republic reserve the right to change these terms and conditions at any time. Any such changes will take effect from when they are posted on the website. Solitaire Republic advise you to visit the terms and conditions every time you visit the website to view any possible changes.
1.1 All orders placed through the website will be in accordance with these terms and conditions.
1.2 Once an order has been placed successfully, an ‘Order Confirmation' e-mail will be sent to you via e-mail detailing the items you have purchased.
2.1 All the products currently have free shipping to anywhere within the UK. Delivery outside of the UK may be charged.
2.2 Solitaire Republic will endeavour to send all orders within 5-7 working days of receiving your order unless your item is a bespoke piece of jewellery. Whilst Solitaire Republic will make every effort to send an order out on time, occasionally due to unforeseen circumstances delivery may be delayed. Solitaire Republic hold no liability for any delay or failure to deliver an item as originally scheduled.
2.3 All orders delivered within the UK will be sent via Royal Mail Registered Post, which is guaranteed and insured.
2.4 Any deliveries outside the UK will be sent by FedEx or Royal Mail International Delivery.
2.5 If the items received are not as specified on your ‘Order Confirmation' or indeed damaged please notify Solitaire Republic immediately. On returning the items, please return them by Special Delivery Registered Post to the following address:- 165 Suite Dunley Drive New Addington, Croydon CR0 0RU. Solitaire Republic accept no liability if they are not notified within 14 days of delivery.
2.6 Any loss or damage that occurred to the item after the date it has been received is passed to you.
2.7 Orders cannot be collected as they are bought online solely.
2.8 Your items will be delivered to the address you have specified on your Order Confirmation when placing the order.
2.9 If you made payment by credit or debit card, your items will be delivered to the address registered to the card you made payment with.
3.1 On placing an order, It is imperative that you submit the correct details to ensure your order is going to the correct location.
3.2 Once details have been verified (see 3.1), Solitaire Republic will take payment from the card details you have submitted.
3.3 Orders are subject to availability. If, however, your item is out of stock, Solitaire Republic will contact you directly to either offer a replacement (when in stock) or offer a full refund if payment has been already collected.
3.4 Solitaire Republic offer complete transparency throughout. Solitaire Republic ensure steps are taken to ensure all prices on the website are correct and updated. However, errors do sometimes occur. If such an error occurs and Solitaire Republic realise once your order has been placed, they will contact you as soon as possible. Solitaire Republic will offer you the choice of reconfirming your order at the correct price, or cancelling the order and therefore receiving a full refund if payment has been already collected. If Solitaire Republic are unable to contact you, they will cancel your order and return any monies received.
3.5 All prices include VAT at the current applicable rate.
3.6 Solitaire Republic may decide at their discretion to cancel your order in which case they will return any monies received from you, within 30 days of receipt to the account they were received from.
3.7 You agree that in any event, Solitaire Republic shall have no liability to you for any damage, costs, loss or expenses which you may incur.
4.1 You will be able to select your specified finger size at the Checkout. If the finger size is unknown, please select ‘stock size' and have the ring re-sized after the proposal, free of charge. If you have already specified a ring size with your initial order and this turns out to be incorrect, Solitaire Republic can re-size the ring at a cost, pricing may vary depending on different rings. This also includes VAT.
4.2 All full eternity wedding rings cannot be sized at any cost so please ensure you order the correct size. Full set diamond eternity bands are non-refundable.
5.1 Solitaire Republic offer a full refund within 30 days of delivery without ANY QUESTIONS ASKED.
The returns policy does not apply and is restricted to any of the following
-Goods that have been customised or engraved personally for you.
-Bespoke rings, and all bespoke jewellery.
-Full set diamond eternity bands
-All Lab Grown diamond jewellery.
If however, the items turn out to be faulty, damaged or not as specified on your order, Solitaire Republic will either rectify the problem or provide a full refund.
5.2 Any returns of any orders will be completed only when the item is returned and received in its original condition, unworn and together with its original packaging, documentation and any certificates where applicable.
5.3 All returns are subject to confirmation and verification by the Solitaire Republic team.
5.4 For Health and Safety and Hygiene Purposes, earrings will not be considered for return for a refund.
5.5 Solitaire Republic will not be responsible for any damage or loss of any return orders. Solitaire Republic cannot be held liable for any loss or damage that may be incurred as a result of your return, cancellation or late delivery.
5.6 Solitaire Republic's items have a two-year warranty guaranteed against any faults in their manufacturing. This warranty does not apply to items subjected to excessive wear, abuse or physical damage whether accidental or otherwise. Upon acceptance of delivery, the insurance and care of the goods become the sole responsibility of the customer and Solitaire Republic shall not be held liable for any loss, theft or damages that may occur.
5.7 If the item of jewellery has been interfered with or altered by you, a third party or another jeweller, the two-year warranty and the return policy will cease to apply, and the item becomes non-refundable and non-returnable.
6.1Solitaire Republic are committed to protecting your privacy. All of your personal information will be kept private and secure. Solitaire Republic does not store any of your personal information on the site. Solitaire Republic do not sell, trade or rent your personal information to any parties.
